ShopKeep currently supports thousands of restaurants across the country and we recognize how vital it is to be able to get deliveries out quickly and efficiently, without compromising the time your servers spend interacting and ‘wow’-ing your patrons. That’s why we’ve made the hand-off to your delivery personnel smooth by allowing you to automatically have all the relevant delivery information printed to tickets, checks, and/or receipts.

So what’s changed?

  1. Delivery information prints on your choice of ticket, check and/or receipt
  2. The customer notes field is now part of the app, not just part of your BackOffice
  3. As we’ve added additional information to your kitchen tickets, we’ve also given them a small makeover to make them more readable
