The Winter Olympics may be over but the Gold Medals keep on coming here for Team ShopKeep.

We’re proud to announce that our Customer Care team has won a 2014 Gold Stevie Award for Customer Service Department of the Year.

ShopKeep was founded with Customer Care at its core and winning this award is proof of that. When I started ShopKeep, I was rebelling against old-fashioned Windows POS providers with their ‘sell-and-run’ business practices. I wanted to build partnerships with merchants, not just sell hardware for an exorbitant price and then remain absent when anything went wrong. I knew I wanted to be there for our merchants, in the trenches supporting them, every single day. At ShopKeep, we guarantee we’ll provide merchants with an amazing iPad POS and back it up with comprehensive, free customer support – for the lifetime of a merchant’s subscription.

Building on last year’s bronze award, this Gold Stevie award is an amazing testament to the philosophy we have worked to build up here at ShopKeep. It’s also a well-deserved accolade for our incredibly hard-working and talented Customer Care team. Way to go guys!
