If you’ve thought to yourself recently that the ShopKeep blog is looking a little different, you’re correct!

We took your feedback, thought long and hard about what a small business blog should look like, and re-launched Counter Culture as the Small Business Hub.

Why the changes? Our aim is to offer our readers all the tools and advice they need to start, manage, and grow a successful small business. In order to do that, we knew a few things had to change. We’ve consolidated our categories, streamlined our format, and made sure that each and every article you read is focused on helping you make smarter business decisions.

What will be different? Your experience! Besides a new navigation that will make it easier for you to find exactly what you are looking for, we’ve redesigned our post format to be easier to read and more appealing to the eye. Categories are now more self-explanatory; you’ll find your go-to SMB news under Small Business Tips.

But we’re still the same reliable resource. Our content isn’t changing, only how we deliver it to you is getting better. We’re still going to be your one-stop shop for tips on how to efficiently run an SMB. You’ll also continue to see regular updates on ShopKeep software and hardware — posts you previously would have found in ShopKeep News will now be found in Talking Shop. So if you’re already a ShopKeep merchant – or are thinking about signing up — you’ll never miss product updates or company news.

Going forward… Your opinion means the world to us. Seriously. Every piece of feedback we receive we take to heart and try our best to deliver on. So please don’t stop sharing your thoughts, opinions, and article suggestions. If you have something to say, we want to hear it. So please feel free to leave a comment below or email us at blogcomments@shopkeep.com.

Until our next post… Thanks for being the dedicated readers that you are!
