Try us out for 30 days with 1 register to see if we are right for you. As long as you cancel before your 30 day trial is up you will not be billed. Adding a 2nd register will complete the trial and you will be charged for 2 registers. Refunds cannot be issued after your initial 30 day trial and we do not prorate for partial months.
No, never. ShopKeep.com has no long term contracts or cancellation fees and none of our preferred partners do either. You can rest assured with us that if you are not happy you can cancel anytime. We want to keep you happy!

Yes! For a fee of $100 we can spend an hour on the phone with you helping you set up your hardware. It must be scheduled ahead of time we cannot take unscheduled calls for set up. To schedule click here and pick a time. If you purchased your hardware from us there is no charge for set up but it still must be scheduled ahead of time.
Each ShopKeep account is designed for a single location. You can link locations together to control pricing and inventory management in our multi-store mode with a headquarters store. Each location must pay for a plan as a single account is not designed for more that one location and the headquarters store would act as one location. As an example a multi-location coffee shop may have a headquarters location called coffeehq.shopkeepapp.com and 3 store locations with one register each. That customer would pay $49/month for the headquarters and $49/month for each of the 3 locations for a total of $196/month.
