Refund Policy

We offer a 30 day no risk trial

Try us out for 30 days on 1 register only to see if we are right for you. As long as you cancel before your 30 day trial is up you will not be billed. If you add a 2nd register you will no longer be in the trial and will be charged upon cancelation.

Cancel after the first 30 days and you will be billed for a final time then never again

Cancel your account in the Account Settings page and you will be charged for your final bill and we will not charge you again. But remember you are responsible for charges before that. So, for example, if you were charged on the 5th and then canceled on the 8th you will still have to pay for the 30 day period following the 5th, but you will not be charged again. Once you cancel your account your data will be deleted. This cannot be reversed so be sure to export it first.

No refunds on partial months

Sorry, but we do not do refunds on partial months. It’s in your best interest to cancel on the last day of your pay cycle.

How do I cancel?

Go to the BackOffice and click on Settings then Account Settings. At the bottom is the cancel account link.
