  • Place the reader on a counter with enough space and slack as to not put stress on your cable or your charging port.
  • Store your credit card reader away from anything that can be spilled.
  • Plug the card reader directly into the router; connection issues may occur when connecting to the network through extenders. Need more length from your ethernet cable? Try a coupler or extender pack!
  • Keep the credit card reader clear of devices that could obstruct your wi-fi signal, such as microwaves.

iCMP Bluetooth Credit Card Reader

The iCMP connects with your iPad via bluetooth, making it perfect for mobile businesses!

  • Charge your iCMP battery fully before initial use.
  • When charging your card reader, you may use an iPhone charging brick, but DO NOT use the iPad charging brick. This can overcharge your device.
  • Maintain a charge on the battery of the reader. If your battery dies, it could take up to 5 minutes to reboot.
  • Keep your credit card reader away from liquids or anything that could be spilled, as well as things that can obstruct bluetooth signals, such as microwaves.

iDynamo Credit Card Reader

The iDynamo is easily set up by plugging the swiper into the charging port.

  • Plug your charging cable into the iDynamo as needed. Do not keep your charging cable plugged into the iPad. Keeping it charged only when needed reduces stress on the charging ports and overcharging of the battery.
  • Do not remove the iDynamo unnecessarily to ensure proper connection between the iPad and swiper.
  • Use the adapter sleeves to keep your swiper securely in your charging port.

Barcode Scanners
