Super Powered Search
We rebuilt site search from the ground up and we’re confident that you’ll like what you find both in terms of results and format. We’ve also put search front and center on the main Support home page, making it easier to find than ever.
Best Practices Guides
We tell you how to make the most of your ShopKeep system and set yourself up for success with these comprehensive hardware and software usage guides. We shared the one for your ShopKeep register recently, but all of the guides are available here and we will be continuing to add new ones. Check back regularly for more best practices and ShopKeep advice. Also, feel free to send us ideas for new guides too!
Even when you follow our best practices, it’s possible (albeit much less likely) that something could go wrong with your ShopKeep software or hardware.
