Return Instructions

1. Initiate Your Return
Fill out this form. This initiates your return in our system and gives us all the information we need. We will contact you within 3 business days with FedEx prepaid return labels. If you do not fill out this form, we cannot process your return.

2. Ship your product(s)
For each box you are returning, please print the FedEx label, affix it to the outside of the box and drop it off at any FedEx location.

If you are returning multiple products, they may be heading back to different locations.

3. Get Your Refund
Once your hardware arrives at the distributor, it can take up to 20 business days to process. Once we have confirmation that we have received your product(s) and that you’ve met our policy requirements listed below, we’ll issue your refund and send you a confirmation email. After processing, funds can take 2 to 3 business days to settle to your account.

Return Policy

All non-Apple hardware ordered from ShopKeep Store is eligible to be returned within 30 days of receipt unless otherwise noted. Unopened Apple iPads and/or AppleCare+ are eligible for return within 14 days, per Apple’s official return policy. Return shipping on hardware is FREE and you are eligible for a 100% full refund when you:

1. Initiate your return within 30 days of having received the product(s) you’re returning. (14 days if returning Apple iPads and/or AppleCare+.)

2. Ship your product(s) back with all original manuals, cables, materials, and packaging.

3. Return your product(s) in the same original new condition you received them in.

All non-Apple products may be returned for a 100% refund. All unopened Apple iPads and/or AppleCare+ may be returned for a 100% refund. Any shipping charges incurred at the time of sale will not be refunded. Please note that gift cards are not eligible for return, as they are personalized and must be approved before printing.

Credit will be issued to the credit card used to place your original order.

Warranty Policy

We offer a 1-year warranty on all new non-Apple hardware products ordered on ShopKeep Store. This warranty applies when products fail to function under normal use within 1 year of the original purchase date. There may be additional warranties available provided by the manufacturer – contact product manufacturers for more details. Refurbished non-Apple hardware is eligible for warranty replacement within 90 days of the original purchase date.

We offer a 14-day limited warranty on all Apple products sold purchased on ShopKeep Store. This warranty applies when products fail to function under normal use within 14 days of the original purchase date. After 14 days contact Apple support for repairs and replacements under their standard warranty.

No warranties will be granted without proof of purchase. If we deem a product defective and under warranty, we will send a replacement overnight to arrive the next business day (Monday – Friday). We will send a prepaid FedEx return label to return the defective product back to us. We return the product to the manufacturer for credit, so we must receive the defective product back, shipped with the provided return label, within 10 business days or we will have to charge for the replacement.
