Where can I create discounts and offers for customers?

Create and edit discounts and special offers using AppCard’s online database. Access it right from BackOffice.

Can I keep track of AppCard discounts in ShopKeep?

Yes! Create custom discounts in BackOffice that match your AppCard rewards to track the discounts. Once at the register, apply the discount to a transaction. View the Sales by Discount report to see the discounts that were applied.

How can customers download AppCard to start earning points?

Customers can download the AppCard app from the AppStore or Google Play Store.

How can I see the points a customer has earned?

Enter the customer’s phone number in the AppCard app or from the ‘Customers’ tab in AppCard’s online database in BackOffice to see available rewards and points.
