Return ShopKeep Hardware
Return hardware products purchased from the ShopKeep Store to receive a refund for unneeded items. To qualify for a refund, return-eligible hardware must be returned within the timeframe specified in our return policy with all original materials and packaging. Non-Apple hardware ordered from the ShopKeep Store is eligible for return within 30 days of receipt unless otherwise noted in our return policy or store. Unopened Apple products, such as iPads, are eligible for return within 14 days. ShopKeep gift cards, opened Apple products, and countertop screen guards cannot be returned.
To receive a refund, hardware must be returned with all original manuals, cables, materials, and packaging. Hardware must also be returned in the same original new condition in which it was received and be shipped within 14 days of submitting a return.
Once a return arrives at our distributor, it takes 5 – 10 business days to process. After the distributor confirms the returned hardware meets all requirements in our return policy, we will email you and issue a refund to the credit card used to place the original order. Funds can take 2 – 3 business days to settle to a credit card after the refund is issued.
Returned hardware that does not meet the requirements in our return policy will be shipped back to you, and no refund will be issued.
Return shipping is free, but shipping costs incurred at the time of sale will not be refunded.

How to Return Hardware
After reviewing how the return process works, submit a return via our online portal to send back hardware purchased from the ShopKeep Store for a refund.
Hardware products must meet all requirements listed in our return policy to be eligible for a refund. Returned hardware that does not meet these conditions will be shipped back to you, and no refund will be issued.

Can I exchange hardware?
Yes. To exchange hardware, follow the steps in the section above to return the relevant item(s), then place a new hardware order for the item(s) needed. View our hardware exchange policy here.
Can I reprint my shipping label?
Yes. To reprint a shipping label, follow steps 1 – 2 in the section above, then click ‘Print Return Label’.
How long will it take to receive a refund after shipping my return?

Are there any items that cannot be returned?

What if I cannot find my order number?
Look for the order number in the confirmation email sent for the original hardware order. If unable to locate this email, contact Customer Care for assistance.
Can I return defective hardware?
If hardware fails to function under normal use, contact Customer Care for help resolving the issue. If the product is determined to be defective and covered under warranty, we will send a replacement overnight.
