I haven’t received my AppCard activation code. What should I do?

  1. Check your email as it usually takes 1-2 business days to receive the code.
  2. Check your spam folder as it might have been filed there instead of your inbox.
  3. If you still have not received a code, contact the AppCard team via email at

I forgot to add a customer’s transaction to AppCard. Can I add it later?

You cannot add a customer’s points at the register after the transaction is complete. However, points can be added manually from AppCard’s online database. Click here to learn how.

I enter a customer's phone number, then tap 'OK', but button is gray and does not accept the number.

The AppCard app may not be communicating with the database.

  1. Make sure that the phone number is entered correctly.
  2. Try deleting AppCard from the iPad.
  3. Download AppCard again from the App Store.
  4. AppCard will automatically reconnect your store.
  5. Try adding the customer again.
  6. Visit AppCard Support if you are still having trouble.

I receive an 'Activation code is invalid' message when I try to enter my activation code.

Be sure that the activation code is entered correctly. If you are still having trouble, visit the AppCard Support site for more help.

I'm adding a second register at my store, can I use the same activation code for the new register?

Each register requires its own activation code. Contact AppCard Support via email at for additional activation codes.

I linked a customer to a transaction, but they don't see the points in AppCard.

In some cases, points appear a day or two after the purchase. If the customer doesn’t see the points in their account within two business days, the customer should email AppCard at

When I open AppCard, I receive a 'No Network Detected' error.

This message occurs when the iPad is no longer connected to your wi-fi network. Reconnect to your network to use AppCard again.
